22nd January 2024 Holiday Maharashtra :- The Maharashtra government has declared a holiday for the entire day on January 22, the day of the consecration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Maharashtra Government has declared a complete holiday on 22 January. The state government has invoked Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, saying that no transactions will be done in government securities (primary and secondary), money markets and rupee interest rate derivatives on Monday. All transactions will be completed on January 23.

Reversal of VRR auction now on 23rd January

According to the RBI press release, a 3-day Variable Rate Repo (VRR) auction was conducted on Friday. Its reversal was to take place on January 22. Now this reversal will be done on 23rd January. Earlier, many state governments have announced a holiday on January 22 for the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha program. Apart from this, half-day holiday has been announced in public banks in Uttar Pradesh.

Central employees will have half day leave on 22 January

The idol of Ramlala has reached Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Now the Pran Pratistha program will be held on 22nd January. Along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, all the big people of the country will participate in this.

Apart from many state governments, the Central Government has also announced that the central employees working across the country will be given half-day leave on 22 January. The Uttar Pradesh government has announced to keep all government offices and schools-colleges closed. Apart from this, liquor shops will also be remained closed.
